The development fee is the hourly rate that is charged to develop or make changes in your web page. If you have need to make frequent changes in your web page it would be in your best interest to either buy a computer or install the appropriate software so you can make the changes your self. I can make arrangements for training in the use of the software. Every time a web page is opened to make changes a fee is charged and frequent changes to your web page could become costly. The following exceptions would apply. Any church, support group, or non profit organization would be allowed to open their web page once a month to post changes to their web page in the form of a news letter or activities list provided it is given to my by either e mail or legible type written pages in paragraph style with as few columns as possible. All other web page openings will be charged a fee. For a limited time I will provide the first two hours to develop the home page. This should get most web pages up and running with no development fee. For pictures you want in your web page, provide your own, or I will do a photo shoot for which there will be a charge. Development fees charged after the first two hours will be a Minami of $20.00 an hour for the first hour with $10.00 for every half hour there after. To open a page to make changes a fee Minami fee of $20.00 for the first hour with a charge of $10.00 a half hour there after. All charges subject to change without notice.
